To ensure the safety of our clients & staff, we please request that the following rules are adhered to at all times:
- If you have any COVID symptoms, are feeling unwell or have been in close contact with anyone in the last 14 days who is experiencing symptoms or has tested positive to the Virus, please do not attend the Studio
- Upon entering our Studio, please ensure that you use the hand sanitiser and keep any contact to a minimum
- Please wear a face covering at all times, and we will do the same. If you do not have a face covering, you can purchase a disposable mask from reception for £1
- Please observe social distancing rules at all times
- Please arrive to your appointment alone, and on time. Please do not arrive early
- We are no longer accepting cash - contactless payments only
A non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your appointment. This is required on every booking.
If you are unable to make your appointment or need to re-schedule, you must give 48 hours notice. Anything less will be deemed as a 'no show' and you will be charged for the full cost of the treatment. Any changes to bookings or cancellations must be done on our online booking system - if you are not able to access this, please call the salon & speak to a member of the team. We are not able to deal with any requests via social media / voicemail messages / texts / emails.
you must speak to a member of the team directly to confirm this no less than 48 hours before your appointment. Anything less will be deemed as a 'no show' and you will be charged for the full cost of the treatment. Messages/emails sent must be acknowledged & confirmed by the team within the 48 hour timeframe -
Please let us know if you are running late. Whilst we try to be accommodating, anything after 15 minutes will be deemed as a 'no show' and the above cancellation policy will apply.
Any refunds made will be entirely at our discretion, and will be subject to a booking fee charged by our online payment provider.
If you move your appointment, it is not guaranteed that your booking fee will automatically be transferred to your new booking, as these are required to be paid for each and every single booking. Moving your booking fee to a new appointment will be done entirely at our discretion, and our 48 hour cancellation policy will then apply to this latest appointment and booking fee.
Any lash or brow treatments (apart from waxing) require a patch test to be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your treatment.
A patch test can be booked online via our booking system.
Please do not just turn up for a patch test - we need to ensure that time is set aside with the appropriate therapist, and therefore booking is required.
If you have any irritation or reaction from your patch test, please let us know immediately!
Failure to have a patch test before your appointment will unfortunately mean that your appointment will need to be rearranged.
We provide all of our clients with aftercare advice on their first visit to us. Please ensure you follow this at all times.
Failure to follow our lash aftercare can lead to bad retention, and you may find that your lashes do not last as long as expected.
If you have any retention issues within the first 24 hours of application, please contact us immediately & we will book you in for a complimentary review as soon as we are able to.
A standard lash infill consists of having at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. If you arrive to an infill appointment with less than 50% of your lash extensions remaining, you may be charged for a full set if this is required to achieve a full look.
