Appointments can be booked easily online via our booking system. Simply select your chosen treatment, therapist and preferred date and time, then follow the steps to secure your appointment with a booking fee.
Yes - all appointments at Glow Beauty Studio must be booked in advance via our online booking system. This ensures we can dedicate the appropriate time and therapist to your treatment.
If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, we recommend booking a consultation (via our online booking system). Your therapist will discuss your goals, assess your needs and advise on the most suitable treatment for you. You’re also welcome to contact the salon if you’d like a little guidance before booking.
Yes, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
Yes - we have free parking spaces directly outside of the salon. If these are full, there is plenty free off street parking on the surrounding residential roads.
Yes - Glow Beauty Studio is conveniently located near local bus routes (with a bus stop just outside) making it easily accessible by public transport.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full treatment price. Full details can be found in our Booking & Salon Policies.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late. While we’ll always try to be accommodating, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be classed as a no-show and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
A patch test is required for all lash, brow and microdermabrasion treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Patch tests can be booked online and are the client’s responsibility to attend.
We regretfully do not infill or remove lash or nail work carried out by another salon. We are only able to infill treatments originally applied at Glow Beauty Studio.
Nail infills should be booked within four weeks of your original appointment. Appointments beyond this timeframe will require a removal and full set or fresh overlay.
We recommend booking lash infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lashes and keep them looking full and balanced.
Yes please - nail art, French tips and any additional nail services must be booked in advance, as they require extra time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to add these on the day if time hasn’t been allocated.
Yes - appointments with a Junior team member are available at a reduced Junior Rate. These appointments may take a little longer, and results may vary slightly as skills continue to develop.
We accept card payments, cash and gift vouchers. All prices are subject to change.
